The experience was largely positive, highlighted by friendly staff and a clean room with comfortable bedding. Encountering an occupied room during check-in was awkward. Breakfast was satisfying, though the pool was a bit chilly. A pleasant stay with some minor hiccups.

the rooms were clean; beds comfortable and staff very friendly and compliant to my needs; whirlpool nice and clean and hot.

as far as the booking it was very very poor. I requested a non-smoking room and it came across as smoking; we were lucky they had a non available. I came across that I chose what ever available and my confirmation stated 2 queen size beds and non-smoking; really bad if I needed to depend upon this availablilty and went a real far distance!!

The complimentary hot breakfast had a great variety of options each morning.

The room was pristine, and the friendly staff made a lasting impression. I appreciated the coffee and juice selections at breakfast, despite the desire for healthier options. The pool was inviting, though a bit chilly. A lovely, convenient spot for families!

Booked a room with wifi. Also, location was comfy and unbeatable, not very far from Greeley Mall. This hotel was in a safe area right by restaurants, health care, UNC, and shopping and other stores, restaurants and colorado for the court trials in the near future.

Thoroughly enjoyed modern a double room with wifi, wouldn't mind staying there all day. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a fridge were provided.

The thin walls lead to noise disturbances from hallway traffic!!! The parking facility is too small for larger vehicles, which can create a hassle during busy periods!!!

I had a really enjoyable stay with a great grab-and-go breakfast selection and the pool was amazing! However, the towels could use some updating. I'd definitely return for another visit.

Comfy beds suitable for travelers.

The noise from the pool was unbearable. A team of kids was running and yelling past midnight, and despite the posted pool closure time, no one was enforcing it. I had to complain to the front desk just to get some sleep! It's utterly unacceptable that we lost a whole night of rest because of this. I expected a relaxing hotel experience, not being kept awake by out-of-control guests.

The saltwater pool was perfect! Staff made check-in effortless, but the breakfast area felt a bit cramped during busy times. A fantastic experience 😊

Man, the local eats around here turned my taste buds into a flavor frenzy! Check out Pho Duy for some seriously satisfying vermicelli. Bonus points for the breakfast spread-waffles, oatmeal, and fresh juices left me stuffed! The friendly staff made it all the sweeter.
